Work With Me
Gentle Support for You and Your Child
If you’re feeling worried about your child, overwhelmed by their behaviour, or unsure how to help, you’re not alone.
Many of the parents I work with are feeling:
- confused about their child’s behaviour
- concerned about learning or school
- exhausted by daily challenges
- unsure what to try next
It’s OK if you feel you don’t have all the answers before reaching out. None of us will ever be perfect parents, but we always do our best.
How I Can Help You
I offer holistic counselling and parent coaching to help you better understand your child—and yourself.
Together, we gently explore what may be sitting beneath the surface, of your child’s behaviours, including:
- emotional outbursts
- attention and focus
- learning and early development
- poor self esteem and lack of confidence
- stress and overwhelm within your family
The aim is to create lasting change, helping you to have the family life you have always dreamed of..
A Calm and Supportive Space
Sessions are a time set aside just for you. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can:
- talk openly about what’s been happening
- feel seen, heard and understood
- begin to make sense of your child’s behaviour
- explore options that feels right for your family
There is no sense of rush, no pressure, and no expectation to get things “right”. We simply work with whatever is most pressing for you.
What to Expect
Sessions usually last about 50 minutes.
In your first session, we will:
- talk about your concerns
- explore what may be contributing to the difficulties
- begin to identify helpful next steps
We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My Approach
My work is grounded in a holistic, relationship-based approach.
Rather than focusing on labels or diagnosis, I look at the whole picture—supporting you to understand the “why” behind your child’s behaviour.
I draw on Processwork (Process-Oriented Psychology), which respects your own unique path and supports meaningful, lasting change.
